prepaid waybill for ARC

Hi all! We just received the request for the ARC for my husband. They are requesting a letter (no problem), payment (no problem) and a prepaid waybill (what for??). That's my question...what is the prepaid waybill for? What are they going to send us? There is no passport request...

Found the answer myself in the CIC manuals...the prepaid waybill is to send the original copy of the actual ARC document back to my husband. Which my husband will need to present at the port of entry when he comes to Canada. I should've figured that out myself!

Authorization to Return to Canada (ARC) You need this document if you have been deported/removed in the country (e.i failed refugee claimant, overstayed visa)

Im not sure about prepaid way bill for ARC. You might need to ask the CBSA for this matter.
