But I want to know is there anyone who has withdrawn the application because we have already paid some money and then CIC changed the rule for FSW and could not apply we are waiting for new list in january but by reading all comments feel like withdrawing the application.

Could you please let me know

Thanks

I went in Premier office in Dubai 6th November 2012 and there one of marketing person Ms.Ambreen Shahab (Sr. Consultant) Mobile No- 50 7033283. She saw my qualification and my experience and told me I am qualify for Australian Visa but she didn't told me that in IELTS exam I have to score 7 in each module (Listing, writing and speaking) and it's necessary,In fact she told me If she remove IELTS exam score also from my earned points then also I am qualify for Australian Visa. So I signed the contract and paid Aed. 1840/- through my credit card and when I paid installment by cheques to other person - Mr.Nitin Siyal (Unit Incharge Business Migration)Mobile No-50 9401489 , He saw my qualifications and experience certificate and then he told me IELTS exam is necessary and to score 7 in each module but before that I already paid him 9 installment cheques (I.e 1022 x 9 cheques). I have given 2 times IELTS exam but couldn't able to score 7 in all modules so I fed up and told them I want refund my money. I paid Aed. 1840 + 3 cheques cleared from my bank i.e Aed.3,066.00 so total amount I paid Aed. 4,906.00

Within this time I didn't submitted any documents with them because I have not clear IELTS Exam so Premier not process any documents for Immigration.

Then in money refund dept. Mr. Thaison D'souza told me it's management decision whether to refund or not. Then after 04th March 2013 I got reply from Mr. Thaison that under agreement it's mentioned that USD 1,500/- (Aed. 5,505/-) they will keep with them and balance will be refund.
So in my case already I paid Aed. 4,906.00 and now they are asking Aed. 600/- from me. If I will not give Aed. 600/- then they will not give my remaining cheques.

Now I will go again in there office and will what will happen .

My personal opinion is don't go in Premier because first the Consultant want more and more customers so they will not tell you everything, they want first money from you so they are making you fool or misguided and will get signed agreement from you with money (i.e Aed. 1840/-).(You will get time to read documents and will say sign immediately)

They will not tell you that first go and clear your IELTS exam and then make registration with them. So for Canada visa or Austalian visa we have to clear IELTS Exam first with good score (it's depend upon your profession).

Hope all of you will keep those thing in your mind.

They indeed are cheaters. My elder sister applied through them back in 2009 @ dubai office. They have taken around 3000USD from her as consultation fee. I was knowledegable about her job B/G & kept on telling her that ur case will be refused but she trusted on them and is now stuck. Case has been refused & those cheaters are not returning her money. Instead they are still telling her that u r eligible for immigration when application intake will start in May 2013, what a lie as right now no body knows about the NOC's that will be announced in April 2013.

How to file a complaint against an immigration representative?

If you have a complaint about your representative, there are ways you can get help.

First, you must find out if your consultant, lawyer, notary or paralegal is an “authorized representative.” They must be a member in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) or the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

If you have a complaint about:

an immigration representative:

- File a complaint with the regulatory body to which the consultant, lawyer, paralegal or notary belongs (e.g., the appropriate Canadian provincial or territorial law society, ICCRC, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec).

an employee of an immigration representative:

- Discuss your complaint with the licensed immigration consultant, lawyer, notary, paralegal or other representative. If you feel your concern was not dealt with properly, file a complaint with the regulatory body.

a non-authorized immigration representative:

- If your immigration representative is not in Canada, send your complaint to the appropriate authorities in the country where the consultant lives or works.

- If your immigration representative is in Canada, file a complaint through the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, the Canadian Consumer Information Gateway, the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus, the Law Society or the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

What if my immigration representative breaks the law while representing me?

If you know your immigration representative broke the law while representing you, they could be charged under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Criminal Code of Canada or the laws of your country of residence.

If the law they broke was immigration-related (for example, if your immigration representative submitted fraudulent documents with your application), immediately contact the CIC office processing your application or the Canada Border Services Agency.

If your immigration representative has defrauded you personally (for example, if they charged you a fee, but did not fulfil what was promised or refuse to return your passport without another fee), contact your local law enforcement agency.

Hope it helps

A simple advise to all Premier Applicants

1) Remove them from your Representative and take charge yourself
2) Take advise from this forum

One of my relatives has also faced the same situation

It is really sad to hear that.

These cheaters must be punished hard. >:(

Really distressing indeed.

They culprits are just eating up dollars of innocents making them fool. This crime isn't inferior to robbery. :(
