Congrats!
I'm going to send my updated info by next week.

I have got the email from SVO for updated documents. If I have no change at all and not want to claim any extra points, Still I need to send the forms. I am very eagerly waiting for response.

You have to send recent photographs, updated job experience since you sent your docs to VO and updated settlement fund (ie, six months bank statement...) along with the forms.

Thank you Ochena. From the reference of Qorax, it is being indicated to send just one from (Generic IMMI0008). Could you please advise me regarding this??

I think all the forms though I am not expert. Ask Qorax (or other seniors) about this, he knows better indeed. I took his advice earlier.

March 2010 Applicant. Received this letter as well.

Well, let me explain a bit about this issue. You have to send the followings for the updates:
-A cover letter
-Updated photographs of applicant and dependents
- Recent financial status ...i.e is bank statement for last 6 months
-Doc for any sort of changes in your status

You must send:
1. Generic application form...new form is uploaded
2. Background declaration: There should be some changes and new forms
3. Additional family info: Better to send though there is no change
4. Economic Classes: must send, showing your asset & liabilities declaration in the form...must use newly introduced forms

My sense says, the forms have been changed and visa office would like to work on identical forms for all periods of applicants. So, its better to send all the 4 forms to avoid possible delay in future. I think if there is no change in job sector, no need to send it again. Not only job but also for every such issues. The appearance is subject to change..so photograph is a must....Fund naturally does change and must send this.

Hope the above information would be helpful for those who are actually in doubt. FYI I have already sent my updated docs and forms to SVO and they received my mail yesterday as per Fedex Tracking info.

Thank you for your commment, deba_avik and Captain Qorax!

I have no intention at all to play around with CIC or VO. I just want to make clear that, rather than filling "Your intended occupation" with sth relating to 4131, which I'm pretty sure is impractical (due to language barrier, credentials recognition, regulated occupation, jpb prospect, etc... I've done some research, of course), should I fill in my real (and quite practical) plan? I have no docs, experience etc to match my intention now, but I'm intending to take training from start in a complete different field which I know is within my own resources and capability. "Honesty is the best policy", right?

After all, I'm not sure about the purpose behind this "Your intended occupation" in form IMM0008. What on earth VO has to do with our plan after landing? Do they probably evaluate our case by this "Your intended occupation" or not?

Good lucks !
