This is the right forum for me to discuss as I am pre-june applicant under MI-1. As I can see in some other posts that people has given NID expiry as 15 years, but in my case I have given 10 years as I was not sure. Also in IMM0008 you guys are saying to put the Barcode Page in Front, but in my case i haven't done so. I have kept as it comes out of Print. Now tell me are those thing may treat as seriously a problem or it's just they will accept as it is.

These are silly things, I see. Interestingly, I could notice the bar code page issue after sending my docs!!!!lolz.....but I don't worry, I see they know exactly where the bar code should be. Sorry for their toils!!

How did you show 10 years for NID expiry? Its 15 years. However, don't worry. The issue date and expiry date should be displayed and this is responsibility of Govt. agency who actually worked and are working on it. Keep silence. Hope VO will not talk about this matter, and if they, you can definitely explain the real situation honestly!!

Thanks deba_avik. Actually in NID there is no expiry date given. But in general all govt given stuff has 10 years of expiry and based on that I have given 10 years. Say for example Driving License is also valid for 10 years in BD.

Also in other posts I agree with Srana for avoiding landing to Canada in Winter. I have spent 3 years in Canada for my education. Winter is really hard to adjust for the first timers. It is always better to go in the early summer or at least late summer. Mid summer is too hot like 40-43 degrees centigrade. Schooling for children, finding new jobs with out having cars and other stuff with adjustment is very hard in chilled winter...

But i think no one would be willing to wait for a single month when they shall get their PR Visa after having this long awaited patience...

Super Visa is "visit visa" not immigrant visa, however, it's validity is 10 years .

She can apply for you.

BTW, what are you going to plan? If you apply yourself, you can claim 5 points for having your child. you have to submit record of landing (imm1000) or confirmation of PR or PR Card
