pregnant while landing in canada as international student

hey guys... i am planning to come to canada on study permit for may 2019 intake... i m married to south african citizen in india...
now my query is that is there anyway that i can bring my wife along with me to canada??? note that she is 2 months pregnant....

Spouses of international students aren't guaranteed a visa. You will have to apply for a SOWP or TRV for your spouse. You will also have to check whether she would qualify for medical coverage based on what province you are studying in.

In Ontario if you don't have work permit and you don't have work contract full time, you can't have OHIP unfortunately.
