Hello all
My spouse's apps are in Vienna and hopefully they in process although we never had an AOR yet.
Her passport expires in November of this year.
Her Medicals were done January 31st 2013
We are thinking to have it renew'd before it's actual expiry for the following reasons:
She is pregnant and due to have our baby at the end of September so we do not like to leave this for last as it will be difficult for her to renew it after the baby.
On the other hand if and when she gets her COPR she must land until:
Her passport or her medicals which ever expires first. Is this correct?
Due to her pregnancy and the coming of our baby we don't want to have a tight margin of departure so in case she has a new passport then the COPR will have validity up to the expiry of her medicals...Correct?
Once we get her new passport what is the proper procedure to notify our VO?
I would appreciate answers based upon personal experience on the matter!
Thanking you in advance
