We have received ITA and completed the application by submitting all requested document in Sep 17. Recently my wife (main applicant) find out that she is pregnant, this is after the required medical examination was carried out as she wasn't aware of the pregnancy at the time, and the child is expected to be born around Aug 18. In this case, should we inform the CIC? Would this count toward a change in personal circumstance? I was trying to research for relevant information on CIC website but the closest I find is the statement below:
"You want to report important changes about your application, such as:
There is no mention of pregnancy so I am not really sure if it is requirement to inform the CIC about pregnancy. Anybody with insight in this scenario? Thanks heaps

- marriages
- divorces
- adoptions
- changes in address
- changes in employment
- a new educational credential
- results of an approved language test"
