Yes the score could rise if there are a lot of applicants with higher scores in the pool. No the NOC classifications do not make a difference apart from the requirement that job experience must be in skill levels OAB. If they have copied the Australian model, then I also feel they have internal caps on each profession & line of interest, from which they want to pick & select & invite probably interested candidates.
If, so then draw completely falls on the type of demand & score up or down.
Can't there be a possibility that in some future draw, the minimum score might go up even from any of the previous scores?????
As many people yet to file their EE, as there might be candidates with higher score, which might result on some draw on the above pointer.
Any inputs or thought process.
