Why do you think it is huge? All LMIA holders ended in 4 draws (I am talking about applications with LMIA down the road now). 458 points (everything over 400) is those with Post-Bacc or Masters or PhD + at least 1 year of work experience in Canada + 3+ years of work experience anywhere else, 29 yrs old. So they are CEC applicants. Not "a huge" amount of them there.468- 470 as the amount of people in this number are huge
