Hi all, my wife got a letter for prearrival service invitation from ircc. Does that mean a higher chance of PR approval?

To my knowledge this means YES all OK. no more interview nothing, wait for a PPR, these days some VOs send pre-arrival a month ahead so may be U have to wait a bit. It is good news
I assume it is an outland spousal app..
