what size Xpresspost envelope is everyone using for the return envelope?

We are submitting our PPR docs tomorrow and are unsure what size envelope to purchase.l for the return envelope.


Also, do you just put the PPR docs loosely in the envelope when submitting them to Ottawa?

Or do do put everything into another envelope and then put that in the envelope you use to ship?
