I am talking about completeness of the application not verification, also my NOC is 0111 as mentioned before, can other people say something about missing documents who are on this thread

may be we are getting the clue about our late decisions which "missing documents" in the complete application form

The letter has been delivered at wrong address (as usual ). I need to collect the letter from that address. I will be receiving tomorrow and will update accordingly.

Don't know what is the content of letter..... hope its waiting letter...

Hi kkhan,

I wish i could collect now. I am currently in office (Dubai)and have to go to Sharjah (in UAE) to get the letter.

Will let you know once the letter is in hand. The guy told me that he received the letter 1 or 2 days back.

rite, both forms are needed and it cud be sent either way.
+ proof docs of the person who will submit the req on your behalf, like copy of pr or somethin.

Regarding CAIPS, can anyone please confirm that only 2 forms will be submitted:

1. Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual (IMM5475E)
2. Access to Information and Personal Information Request (IMM 5563E)

Also, it is stated in IMM 5563E that completed form must be submitted to the address given OR EMAIL. So, we have an option of just emailing the scanned copies of the signed forms...and of course the copy of the credit card payment?

Need to send my request ASAP.....please help....Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
