are we all sleeping on this forum? we all got in process with date and we are pre june applicant of LVO, please update your status here,is their anyone got waiting letter or MR or DM, please keep us informed, thanks.

Dear Mech, i am also planning to apply for CAIPS/GCMS, but, would like to get your advice, as i am in process with date 24/5/12, should i apply for caips now? i am not sure when is the best time to apply as its been only one months since i am in process with date. should i be able to get full details out of caips if i apply not or its better to wait 1 more month. thanks.

i will be getting my basioc caips notes in about 30 days.......my file went into processing in May and got a 6-12 months wait letter from VO....InshALLAH caips notes will bring in some positive news.

i did reconsideration against the decision and i got following email on 13 june and today me Ecas is Changed to in process from DM

anyone please advise on what will be the time-frame for me?

i did reconsideration against the decision and i got following email on 13 june and today me Ecas is Changed to in process from DM

anyone please advise on what will be the time-frame for me?

in process since 7th may - letter was issued on 9th and got it on 17th may in lahore...sometimes they lose letters in mail...thats a possibility too in your case.

You are getting straight MR or the c50 letter no more investigations involved maybe one of them already printed its just a matter of time that they get out your originals from your file and send them to the dispatching department where another 15 days are spent

Hello brother,

The same has happened to my application; I have been wrongly refused on education points also and my agent has sent an email letter to the Program Manager but I wanted to ask you some information please....

- How soon did you send your re-consideration letter after refusal?
- Your visa office is London, yes?

If you can tell me any other details of what happened between getting refusal and back into process, I will really appreciate your help.
