Application was reviewed & we started processing on DD, MMM, 2012

Waiting for MR but can't predict when..As NDVO is quite slow for Pre Juners.

I'm in the same situation, got a letter today stating Interview Waived, send in updated FBI report and Medical. Can Any One post step by step procedure for Medical? What happens at the doctors? What kind of photo IDs are required, if any? Do we need to not eat for any Blood work? Thanks
