People please share your experience as to what does it exactly mean and what happens after this. Are we looking at MR or there are other hurdles to be crossed???

Also i think all future steps are based on the Visa office so please suggest according to the VO so that it mite help us all

From the information I have been able to gather, some people who have got Real In Process have received either Document request, Med. Request or a Rejection within one month of the date mentioned in the new line added to their status.

Not many people have shared the information though. By the way my VO is New Delhi. How about you ishaik??

Looking at your dates, you should have received an MR or Doc reqst by now. Is your case Real In process too? and if so, then what date is mentioned in the last line i.e we reviewed your docs on.....date???

my papers were in process since Feb 21, 2012. got an email requesting for an updated documents(PCC/Photo/IMM008 etc) and it includes original IELTS test result. I'd already submitted the original copy alongwith my full docs last May 2010. I'm worried, does it mean my rejection or approval depends on my IELTS results? got a band of 6.5 (7.5 speaking/7 listening and both 6 for writing and reading).

Please enlighten me. I am now worried that this opportunity might slip away.....

If your points are 67 or 67+ with present ielts band score then no need to be worried about ielts band score. Update about PCC/Photo/IMM008 etc is a normal requirment but i dont know why VO asked again for IELTS result if original has already been submitted.

My consultant assessed me at total of 69 points on my scores but I don't know when it comes to VO. And you have gathered the rite information that what most of the people are getting after the real In process. But the thing is each VO is operating differently. As per the forum, NDVO applicants are receiving MR whereas applicants of LVO are rcvng letter for updated forms and police certificates. But again no one is sure if they are issuing the same to All the applicants or only to whom they have some query.

Lets keep our finger crossed. By the way my one month will complete in next week so will update you with my case

CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE. That which cannot be contradicted by any other evidence,; for example, a record, unless impeached for fraud, is conclusive evidence between the parties

First of all Congrats on receiving the document request! What I assume is that CIC has misplaced your IELTS marksheet or they doubt its originality therefore, they have asked you to furnish it once again. As far as the request for other docs is concerned consider yourself lucky as some people have got a Decision Made after the new line got added. Doc rqst proves that they are considering ur case. Keep your fingers crossed. With the grace of God you may celebrate the New Year eve of 2013 in Canada. Jai Candada !!!

I really hope that they just misplaced the original. just upset to know that they are looking for a conclusive evidence where in fact they got it already. brushing away more negative thoughts......
