Mate, then check with Canada embassy in Nepal you can call them every Thursday...Generally they will send mail to canada embassy in Nepal then only they forward to destined P.O.BOX from Canada embassy in Nepal...
In mail you might be asked to submit few updated documents....

If there is any DM, there may be a matter of panic. In Process with such lines might require them to send any further updates or any explanation, call for an interview and even for any system glitch. Its totally my personal opinion. The persons getting such status should send a query to visa office immediately with the screen shot of their ecas if they did not get any such letter yet.

You will get medical while you will be in the In Process status. When the visa office receives medical, "Your medical results have been received" is written.

Many prejune applicants having same status since jan/feb as yours and they have yet not received any such letter.
