According to my consultant NDVO will issue the MR after june 2012 because they has over the quota of medical and visas for 2011-12. So hope MR for successful person only in july,aug,sept and oct....

Hi all
Just to tell u all that I was asked for document update PCC for me and my spouse from ndvo my wife before she worked in Saudi ,so I couldn't get her Saudi PCC ,also I used to work on ships for 8years for that period I couldn't provide PCC .i m sending rest other PCC,s & asking visa officer to waive off my wife's PCC request as the govt here don't issue PCC for former residents+I will be sending my newborn documents ,what do u all think will happen to my case I m tensed as to whether I will get a rejection because of one dependant PCC ,I will providing with enough reasons that she never had anything criminal in Saudi during her stay.
Please advice I cannot take a rejection had spent my time,money,sleepless nights ,tensions.....

same in my case too. I filled my documents on nov'2011., and i got AOR in Jan'2012.
following that i got MR on Mar'2012., with the request to produce PCC from USA-FBI.
I applied for PCC and i finished my medical too within stipulted time.
I made a request to visa office for extension of submitting date of PCC frm FBI.
will they agree to my request or they will reject my file.
Waiting for PCC frm FBI.
any of our freinds in same situation , pls cnt me or reply me.

1 of my friend got her status update as decision made on her application before medicals as per my knowledge she had send her initial application in jan 2011.....that means are they still working on the files,is there anything like that, they will review all the pending files before issuing medicals to anyone? what are they up to? i think nothing related with quota n all...they are just reviewing the files.

one another news is that the NDVO want to review all m1 cases before July. So they work hard on files. They want to push all files under in process stage. Immi. minister new rule was file process according to first IN first out and NOC wise. So all m1 m2 m3 are finishing now. new stream will be introduce according to category. I think this new rule will apply on all applicant before the process. If we are in process then we are filter out from new rule. So i think they want all M1 can not take benefits from this new rule. Because if this rule is apply on all applicant then if our occupation is in demand list July 2012 then you not need to wait for one more year. This is my guess only. The another reason they want to calculate stock before July before publish new demand list.
