Ecas changed from RBVO to in-process Feb 28, 2012 w/ same rbvo details. I receive my MR request March 16 with MR date March 7. ECAS is still in-process w/ same rbvo details. In my experience, cases who went in-process w/ magical line "we started processing your application...." are not the the only ones in "real" in-process. BTW, my VO is Manila, PHL.

now wts ur ecase showing weather processing date is there?
 
Wow, this is indeed good news! So it's still possible that our applications are already being processed even if we dont have the magic line yet....keeping my fingers crossed...thanks for sharing!
I have seen a lot of movements from Manila VO. Although I'm Pinoy my VO though is London, hoping there will be movement soon with us:-)

Congratulations, Arman. MR is just around the corner.
My 2nd AOR is 2 months away from yours, so I'm hoping to get the same magical line & MR in about 2 months too:-)

Yes it's true Kabayan, Manila VO is really "faster" compared to other. In fact, cases w/ January 2011 as their 2nd AORs already received either MRs or rejection in their ECAS. God Bless.

Don't worry your MR will soon arrive. The change in your ECAS is real even without the processing date. God bless.

you cant say for sure that MR would come soon after applicants' Ecas changed to IN PROCESS with a date. MR is the next step but I have seen people waiting for over 2 years as well with a date IP
