Hi All

I had sent my updated doc that reach LHC on 23 rd march.
today 28th march they had sent me following email

Thank you for sending us the documents. But we require the following information which was not mentioned in your Schedule A form. Can you please use the attached sheet to complete and return the following details.

* Please provide personal history details from the age of 18 to present for you and your spouse.( you can send this document by email)

Actually in schedule A form they have mentioned
“Provide details of your personal history since the age of 18 Or The past 10 years whichever comes first. Start with most recent information”

I had mentioned personal history of last 10 years BUT they are asking since age of 18.

Anyhow I am sending back required information today by email.

I have sent them required information by email today
LET US C WHAT HAPPENS

I Have sent my personal history document by email today to LONDON VO
But did not receive any AUTO REPLY of receiving that email.
I have sent two times but did not receive any auto reply.
I had sent a CSI few weeks back and received auto reply immediatly.
but now did not receive any

IS IT OK?

I am new to this forum.

My NOC is 0213.

My case recently become “Decision Made”, I received a refusal letter from London VO dated on 22 March. The reason behind the refusal that points are less than 67.
The Visa Officer gives me zero points for first language where he mentions that I did not submit IELTS test result.
Actually I am 100% sure that I did submit the original IELTS test result with all documents when I submit all documents to VO.
I wrote an email explaining that and attached a copy of IELTS test result which I did before sending all documents.

Seniors, what do you advice me to do more?
What the chance to reopen my case?
Do I need to hire a lawyer?
Is there a time period that they close the case after and don't accept reconsideration?

Hi Dear,

I went for medical examination last Monday.

After yours medical is being conducted the DMP will only provide you with the receipt of the examination. Keep the receipt safely.

DMP will directly send the results to the Ottawa CIC.

What you have to do next is send the VO office e-mail along with the scanned copy of you receipt of the medical exams performed or send them via regular mail just to inform you have under gone the medicals.

Normally it takes a week or two to get the blood and other tests results to DMP, so give the DMP a call at least after a week and ask them if they have already sent the results to CIC, and also ask DMP for the courier tracking number, with that you can assure the delivery of the results.

and after that just wait for any further correspondence from respective VO.

Hope this helps you.

Regards

Hello Jigral,

Did you receive "medicals received by VO" line in the online status? We got our medicals done eight days after you did i.e. on 03/14/12 and so far we didnt receive that line.

Please reply.
