Hello All,

Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah) i got my medical requests today. They are asking for FBI background check for the second time now. Can you please guide me if there is a faster way of getting the FBI results.

My timeline.....

Initial Application - April 22 2010
1st AOR - July 20 2010
File Transfer to Buffalo- July 28 2010
2nd AOR - March 2011
Your application has been reviewed....... line -Feb 9th 2012
Meds- March 7th 2012

Seniors,

I have strange thing happened and need some advises, i'am April 2010 applicant, and i got in process in February 2011 but with RBVO details.

and on December 2011 they asked to update my documents ( police certificates, bank statements, ect.. ) till now everything is normal

And suddenly, yesterday i found my E-case (Decision Made) and inside they added two lines more in the same time

- Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 27, 2012.

- A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

so is that a computer glitch !!!! or it's a rejection !!!!!

and how come it's a rejection, and they asked me to send updates , and as they mentioned that they started processing on February 27, is it normal to start processing and then reject !!!!!!

I don't understand anything and am really upset

Be positive BECAUSE in a lot of such cases proved a Computer Glit

I have never seen anything like this before.
RPRF and PCC without MR. Strange !

Send them, wait, you will get your MR then.

However weird it is,it is incredibly preopstrous!!!! CIC seems to be rushing to GET OUT OF the THE FLIGHT CARRYIG MI1 APPLICANTS. It is scarry,if not, INSTEAED OF PROVING A BOON IT TURNS OUT TO BE A BANE FOR SOME OF OUR PREJUNERS FREINDS !!!

Still may god bless their heart nd soul nd, more importantly,the possitive part of their thinking domain !!!!!!

dear yhajjar , did you see address disappear when you got processing date. and did you get updated documents request through Pakistan post or tcs.

Dear Usman799 I have not noticed any disappearance of my address , I received the request for document via regular post but to mentione I am living in Saudi Arabia.

i had decision made for more than 6 months

and now i am in process

i asked for caips a couple of time and nothing about decision made on caips

i guess you could ordered your caips or just wait

but i believe it is an error of ecas
