Hello Forum Members,

I am also a victim of this e-cas DM before MR, a Pre-Juner.
To my understandings there must be a difference b/w DM status with the processing starting date line inside and w/out this magical line.
DM prior to MR with the processing date line could be a rejection and on the contrary a (simple) DM without the line could be a system glitch.

Any inputs about the issue from the forum members will be appreciated.
