Hi I am Satwant. I applied under NOC 4131 with my wife as primary applicant as computer trainer. Last week I have seen my status changed to "In Process". but inside it is all the same as RBVO. I am hoping something would happen coming Tuesday.

Everything is fine except that PR has not arrived my friend. When will they process our application? That´s the ONE MILLION QUESTION...

Hi SFD,
Thanks for the wishes, all of us will get it soon. I am working hard and preparing also, before they will give me that PR. i must have done a couple of things also. If i did not have a job, it would have been a problem, but since i am working i will continue to wait.

I alway going by this saying which keeps me going. One who laughs last laughs best. Maybe they are delaying us and be the time we get there we will not suffer to get our jobs and settle down. I know some friends who have been there for years and are still doing temporal jobs. Lets hope for the best.

I dont have many names, i got just two names the first and last, i tried either way for almost a few couple of months and it never worked for me. Sometimes reading on this forum about the status I feel lucky with no nervousness by just not knowing the weired things, but it doesnt mean sensible.

Anyways hope things will get better in the coming weeks.

Hi!I'm new to this Immigration forum.I just got alarmed at some of the news being posted in other forums.I hope it isn't true that pre June applicants will have to wait for 2 years for their application to be fully processed.I'm starting to lose hope..This is my 5th month of waiting for my medical request.Post June applicants have a faster correspondence as some who have received their 2nd AOR just this year have received their MR not too long.Anyone who has a similar status with mine,please give a feedback.It will be highly appreciated.Thanks..

Yeah! we all have the same case as well. Let's just hope and pray that the Visa Office, will then process our papers asap

At least u guys are lucky that u have received 2nd AOR.My full doc reached to ND VO on 25th January and I am still waiting for the 2nd AOR.
Can I know few more cases who have submitted their papers in January and still waiting for 2nd AOR??

Dear Edmonta ! a small suggestion from me . Shot an email at given email id of New Delhi Visa Office. Recently i got 2nd Aor from VO by sending an email for my friend with NOC 4131 who had applied in April 2010 and sent full docs. in Oct 2010. Delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Dear Edmonta ! i sent case specific enquiries twice for 2nd AOR but got no reply. then i sent general enquiry to mentioned email address and got 2nd AOR in 4 days. i think you should also send general enquiry to visa office . they will definitely reply. regards.

Congrats Satwant!! My status is also saying In Process with RBVO details inside since 4th April. Still waiting for that Tuesday when my status will include one line :We started processing ur documents.. on .." Hope that it will be very soon.. Anyway buddy congrats upon ur status change. Mine is in Manila... 1 month had lapse on my application. But i am doubtful if I will try it. So scared. hahaha!!!

Blessings for everyone: It´s hard to deal with this process as it doesn´t work the way it should be when it comes to time frame.

Dear can4meNU ! when u check ur ecas status with your 2nd file no. provided by visa office on official website cic.gc.ca ,there in your status it will mentioned when ur file was transferred to ur respective visa office. i hope it will help u find out ur f/t date.regards

Thanks for your reply. I have received the same file no. in my 1st letter from Canada VO and the 2nd letter received from ND VO. Further, there is no mention of any date on any of the letters on when our file was transferred to NDVO.

To quote the words of the first letter - it says - your application is being recommended to the visa office for a final determination for eligibility for processing....."

The second letter from NDVO mentions "We confirm receipt of your application package at the Visa office in New Delhi..."

Still wondering how do I know my File Transfer Date - ???
