it is heartening to know that one of our forum members,"CANADIANCOUNTRY",who submitted his initial application on 02/02/2010 and recvd 2nd AOR ON 24/07/2010 (NOC4131) had reportedly undergone MR sometime back.HE HAS NOW RECVD CALL FROM NDVO FOR SUBMISSION OF PASSPORT ETC.
So,this may be good omen for others,as well.

Yeah but what makes me worry is that he had to wait for so many months after his status got in process (with date inside, viz. 12 March 2011) and his MR arrived only on 7 Dec 2011.
Means we may have to wait for indefinite time still after getting in process status with date.
CHC New Delhi can never be trusted.

Dear lokolokoO,

Please do not wory.At least,the things have started moving a far as ndvo is concerned. Adimttedly ,ndvo has the largest inventory to dispose off.U too have a similar Time line as does "canadian country".Therefore,let us hope u will find change in ur ecas soon and thenceforth the other stages shall also pass by quickly.

coming months shall speak for themselves as to which way the wind blows.So, please wait and hope for the best.

If status is IP and processing date is also updated in Jan 2012 , how much time it will taken to get MR or any update?

What i read at post june applicants thread that who got In process status on 11-1-2012 has got MR and PPR from ND VO last week but no pre june applicant with same processing date yet claimed the same.... that mean the processing will be diffrent for pre junes.

i m april 2010 applicant and my vo is newdelhi the line that added at end is....your application was reviewed and we started processing on january 23, 2012

We received your application for permanent residence on November 26, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 27, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on February 4, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you.




RBVO changed into In process in 17th Jan. I don't know when it will change with date? and when i will get my medical?

Can anybody tell me?
