Dear firends
My first file numer was March 2009 and the status is in process, recently I checked my details status and found that my file transfered from damuscus to warsaw from December 1, 2011. Is it a good news or not?

Recently many applicants file have been trf from Damuscus to Warsaw. I think this is good news as the idea for such trf is faster processing. (Hope so).

I applied under NOC 4131 in MARCH, 2010 .Waiting for MR, Ecas shows IN PROCESS with RBVO details from 1st NOV 2011 . I wrote to CHC ND in regards of updates in my file since I have a son recently born in my family and I want to change my email ID. I asked them to inform me what are the documents to be submitted but I got Automated computer response which did not reply my queries . It is mentioned there that
Unless we have specifically asked you to do so, you are not required to submit any documentation at this time. Our office will contact you to provide the required supporting documentation for the assessment of your application.

In such case, Should I send the updated documents to CHC so It would ease my document processing in days to come . Plz help me. Actually It takes time to get Passport here in Nepal so should I wait for letter of CHC for my Update or I can arrange the documents and send them .

you should send as i update them regarding my new born Daughter with out asking them
if you check your 2nd AOR where it is clearly mention that you can update if you ave any update in your life which is important

Also, I applied to CIC Sydney in Jun 2010 (before June 26) for Federal Skilled Worker.
My visa office is Rome and I am under Skilled worker category.

CIC asked me to send all documents to Rome VO in Oct 2010. Sent all document to Rome VO in DEC 2011. I had a letter in May 2011 to inform us that the processing times are on average 12-18 months and that I will be informed approximately 2 month prior to the date of interview, if required. Meanwhile my Client Application Status has changed to Received by Visa Office and hasn't changed till today.

Dear friend there is a new update in my ecase that they reviewed and proceesing my file on December 14. Also I havd received my caipsnote and it is shown that SelDec is waved and BFD is on March 2012, what deoes it mean?

In simple term, it's a date on which visa officer will pick up your file again and decide the next course of action . BFD has been assigned to every file by the visa office to keep track of the files. Hopefully in march 2012 you will hear good news.

sandysurry has correctly explained BFD."SELDEC" stands for "SELECTION DECISION " which has been reported as waved.Provided some other background check is still required,on next BFD VO may issue MR request.I reckon ur ecas is already showing ``IN PROCESS ``.

Hi, all the information and records was written in my caipsnote including file transfered to Warsaw even it was two mounth earlier on May 2011.
