CIC has imposed CAP of 20,000 immigrants for MI-2 and 10,000 for MI-3. Is it applicable to "Pre-June 2010" applicants.

Hi Robin2010,

I think what you mean to say is the total accepted application CAP for MI-2 and MI-3. NOT A PROCESSING CAP

New applicants between July 2010 and June 2011 (2nd Ministrial Instructions 29 Occupations + Cap 20000)
New Applicants between July 2011 and probably June 2012 next new instructions (29 Occupations + Cap 10000)

Please confirm if this is correct? If not, would appreciate if you could give us the source of your info.

Hi, as I have mentioned in previous post that I ordered CAIPS throgh my relative in Canada, I now received the result. There is nothing special except for the Due Date which is Feb 8 2013. Plz tell me is this my BFD that you always mention? I have found evry 29 pages but no BFD

Dear Bamepo, can you please share your visa office and timelines. I think you gave received GCMS report. So in this report they use due date instead of BFD.

Hi bamepo .. When I ordered CAIPS .. I received GCMS . and there was no BFD there was only Due Date and my Due date was November 2 , 2012 . I asked a lot of people they said it could the date when my case will fully finalize.

I believe there several due in your CAIPS file ! Please share complete details of all due dates with there name . Thanks
yes this look like you BFD as you have received your 2 AOR in march 2011 and this date is after 2 years

No. I just wanted to know whether CIC has applied any CAP restriction to pre-june application as for MI-2 & MI-3. I haven't heard Pre-June applicants getting MR that frequent. So, I lost faith on CIC. Never Mind.

why u people exaggerating a minor statement??????????????we all know there is cap for MI2-3 ....how can they impose cap on Mi1 it is not child play immigration works under legal frame work.......................stops spreading rumors

Hi bamepo .. When I ordered CAIPS .. I received GCMS . and there was no BFD there was only Due Date and my Due date was November 2 , 2012 . I asked a lot of people they said it could the date when my case will fully finalize.

Yes I received GCMS report which is 29pages and a cover letter/page to thank and guide me to ask for information abt GCMS

I'm not sure ... it was what some people said .. u know there were one or two applicants whose BFD was 2013 but they got their passport stamped with visa this year. So you never know ..

Yes there are several due dates in my GCMS report. All have been passed, except one Due date in the Correspondence part, Outgoing item which is Feb 8 2013.
As Classical_beat mention this Due date is the date when they finallize our case, but i still wonder whether it is the date of next correspondence.
