well..answering your last comment to me..i think we should not give up..we have invested both money and time to fulfill our dreams..and we must not get carried away by this TORTOISE pace of CHC ND..i suggest you wait till your 12 months get completed...and if your profession list is in post 26 june and still have some space..then its a matter of 25k only..just make a new draft and send a fresh application...meanwhile you can withdraw your first application after few more months..

if your NOC is not in post 26 june list..then you dont left with other option..but i suggest yu dont leave any good opportunity that comes in ur way in INDIA..

I did the same mistake..one good opportunity knocked my door, but i was in my dreamhouse in Canada..ha ha ha..such a jerk I am??

i sent my full documents to CHC ND on 24th june 2010, so 11 months from that date is may 24th 2011. but still i will wait till max july end or aug first week, to get any reply. i think that by that time, i should be getting some reply. i have a family friend in canada, who offered me a job in his company, 5-6 months back. but i was carried away by this PR thing and i told him no, and that i would rather wait for PR and then land in canada.
he still insists me to come to canada on a work permit. u know that work permit for canada is processed only in 1 month by CHC ND. lets see how thing unfold in the coming days.

FULL DOCUMENT SUBMITTED - 26TH DECEMBER2010
2ND AOR - 17TH JANUARY 2011
was written that i should get some instructions within 6 months but now its been 9 months no news tried to contact but no replys..
please guide me on where i stand will something +ve will happen soon or no?
GUYS REALLY FRUSTRATED WAITING FOR THE MEDICALS ..LOT OF MY FUTURE PLANS R ON HOLD....

hi buddy, you r also in que...
we all are waiting..since elections the situation has become worse..i dont think we get our medical this year..we might have to wait longer...!!

I suggest you to carry on with ur present and forget about immigration...whenever they process ur case, they send you the medical request...the best way to deal with this thing..is showing your ignorance.

hello friends ,
i submitted the documents (PCC AND NEWBORN) asked by nd visa office after in process with date .
so far no updates from nd visa office , silence is killing me ,how long it takes to get any updates after submitting the required documents?
my contract is getting over in august , dont want to renew it ,should i leave my present job in the hope that i will get medical request in june/july?
plese advice
