Pre FEB-2008 Application Rejected & Received Application Fees with Interest

Hi,

I am pre Feb.2008 applicant.

My e-case was showing DM from Jan.13.

Today i got my application fees back with interest.

I am happy to get back my fund .

I had apply in Nov.2007.

U need to fill 1 fees refund form & send it thru mail.

They will make refund in 2-3 mnths.

In my case it take around 2.5 mnths.

In applied in Nov.2007 as an primary applicant.

In 2012 my spouse applied & in that i was dependent co-applicant.

Our 2nd Application is finalized in 8mnths.

In Jan.13 i had mail them for refund against 1st application.

I do not think you received any interest. Maybe just the original fees with the conversion difference in your currency,,,,they do not refund any interest for the pre 2008 applicants

I had paid Rs.20660.00 in Nov.2007.

& they return me Rs.29007.00.

Wheteher it's interest or difference of currency.....who care .....most important thing is i got my money back, with extra Rs.8347.00.

hi mate, i applied in 2006 and also reapplied in june 2010 through a consultant. as i spoke with my consultant about a fee refund,he says no updates regarding my 2006 case. as my Ecas shows decision made as on jan2013. so my question is can i apply myself for fee refund and i,m also waiting for the medicals for 2010 case or just wait till i'll get PR.
