ok good..Now maybe u are aware that a case is being heard against unfair decision of CIC in Federal court of Canada.An important hearing has been made yesterday so just pray for the positive judgement in couple of days.

Friends CIC LVO send me my whole original documents through courier which i send them when i applied for immigration in 2005 they also send me a letter stated to update new form IMM 0008 (background declaration) and a new bank draft for my younger daughter. and I ordered my Caip notes in which mentioned that my medicals issued on 08-08-2012 but i didnt get them until now and my file forward to QRE on 5-02-2013. I dont understand that what is going wrong is our files terminated or whats going on CIC side. God knows better whats is going on..... any senior can comment on the current situation?

Did LVO send you MR along with your docs? if not, you have not to be afraid of bcos if your file was terminated it will be in the letter they sent you

Sent full package and landing fee
PSDEC 1 as per CAIPS I got in March 2012
Status shows In Process

what can be my position? please advise.

2.does ur psdec= 1or seldec=1?
3.did u send any case status enquiry to visa office.?
4.when ur psdec or sedec was done.?
5.did visa office awarded points for each factor?

2. PSDEC 1
3. I did send CSE 15 days ago using the website (not email) but not have received any response yet.
4. PSDEC was done on 03.11.2009
5. CAIPS says Education 25 Spouse XXX Total 77

According to ur time line it looks like ur case should be inprocess.we cant say when we will get any letter from
Cic
