Just to give you a ray of hope.

I filed my application Nov. 2004, got an update 2009, refused 2010, filed a case with the Federal Court of Canada agains CEM, won it 2011. CEM gave me a new file no. Oct. 2011, got my MR Jan. 2012, received my PPR July 16 and got my visa after a week they received my passport, now book to fly on October this year.

I don't know what stage your application is but who knows it might be on queue already for processing. Just hang-on, hindi pa tapos ang laban.

thanks for the encouragement. But everyday I read post from this forum I see my hope gradually degrading. My file started May 2007 so it is way delayed from your application. from here on I don't know what to do but just wait.

i ordered my CAIPS and expected to recieve it this August 15.

Iam not the expert in reading these CAIPS notes but you can request for interpretation from the expert in this forum. though you mentioned SELDEC=0 and PSDEC=0 in your message, my understanding from this information is that the officer has not made any decision yet for your application. this is not good as it means your included in the people who should recieve refund.

please request for feedback from other members of this forum. let me know how the results go.

For the time being, keeep yourself pre-occupied, I symphatize with you coz I've been on your situation before.

I think ordering CAIPS is a good decision so that you know where you stand and can move on to the new direction in life. Moreover, consult a lawyer in the event you are one of those unfortunate but it is costyly and a long shot, but I think in the long run, the benefits will outweigh the cost. As I always said "Kapag may katwiran, ipaglaban mo."

Finally, lift-up everything to the Lord & seek wisdom & guidance on your decision, he knows what's good for us.

I am also confused on this part as i did't get MR,,i m thinking that might be possible that my case is referred for issuance of medical so that an officer wrote that instruction...am i right?
