I got the pre arrival services email on Feb 27-2018 and now I want to ask if anybody can help with what’s next as I haven’t got the medical request yet and my background check is still in process, So what’s the next process after receiving this email.

I got the pre arrival services email on Feb 27-2018 and now I want to ask if anybody can help with what’s next as I haven’t got the medical request yet and my background check is still in process, So what’s the next process after receiving this email.

Check the link that is in the email and enrol to any of the pre-arrival services funded by the government of Canada. The information you will gain by enrolling to this program will help you a lot on your settlement and employment in Canada. Those agencies that delivers the pre-arrival services are reporting to IRCC on people's enrollment. You will be asked to download the pre-arrival letter your receive when you register to any of pre-arrival services.
