Pre Arrival Services Letter

Hi everyone, I just need some clarification.

It is a spousal sponsorship. Applied Dec 2018. Received "Invitation for Pre Arrival Services" Dec 24th. We have registered for it already.
What will be the next step and when do you think it will be. We have already passed the 1 year mark though we got a PFL on July which I know normal processings doesn't apply anymore.
Our VO is in Manila. Others say Manila VO send Pre Arrival invitation ahead of time which does not make sense in our situation because when our MP inquired about our application immigration said that medical, background/security check is passed and just waiting for PA eligibilty assessment to be passed.

Hi Merry Christmas and happy New Year!
I think next should be passport request. Then confirmation of permanent residence.
The ircc site could be improved in so many ways and keeping it updated is where i would suggest they start.
