Pre-Arrival Letter Received- SINP application

Hello Members
I want to share some information and need some information. I want to know how long it will take after receiving Pre-Arrival letter? Is it going to be PPR or MR because they just started my background check. My VOC is New-Delhi but I am already in Canada on work permit.
Please help

My timeline is following:
I have applied paper based PR application under SINP nomination class.

SINP received on : 30th June 2018
PR application: 28 October 2018
Received by CIC: 31st January 2019
Process started: 31st Jan 2019
Pre-arrival received: 12 June 2019
Status bar is set to date: May 26 2020

Do we have to send proof of funds copy again to CIC when we apply through paper based application or the documents as per the checklist? Have you sent POF copy also???? Please share the info ???

Yes i did send copy of proof of funds. However it’s not a requirement with job offer. My file was with job offer.

Actually I got SINP approval in just Six days. I applied with job offer category. Normally it takes 2-3 months. But I applied from UK might be that reason I got it so quick.
