Pre arrival letter and decision made

You are asking DM to fast. Many people waiting from Dec 2018 they didnt received yet.
Hi i got pre arrival on 15 August and ppr on 4 December sometime they take 3-4 months after pre arrival to send ppr don’t worry everything will be fine
True. I got pre arrival on September and on November recieve PPR.

my application was recieved on september 10th 2018.
i have passed medical september 2019 and now I just recieved pre arrival services letter.
i still dont have an approval letter and online it still says in process.
does this letter mean that we are approved ? and what should i expect next?

That letter means you have passed the eligibility for PR and the visa officer thinks that your relationship with the sponsor is genuine. Now they will start background check and if you’re fine you’ll get a PPR soon. I hope it will help you.

I'm hoping that will be the case for us. We received pre-arrival September 11th. Still haven't heard anything. Fingers crossed for January.
Hey, my application is also the same like yours (applied Nov 2018). Interview done on 7th Nov 2019, pre arrival letter received on 19th Nov. Since then no update...we paid the landing fees with application itself (Nov 2018). Still no response on DM....Any idea why is it taking so long and when can we expect the DM and PPR ??? (I already have Canada Visitor's visa which was approved In March 2019 and I stayed for 2 months in Canada). It is very frustrating to wait so long for the next steps.
Background check may or may not be completed. Unfortunately you will not know. After receiving pre-arrival DM sometimes follows soon after. However it could still take a few months.

Medical done on May 2019.
Interview done on December 10, 2019
I got pre arrival letter as well as RPRF request on December 18, 2019 which I deposit and submitted through web form today.
Does it mean my application approve?
When could I get the passport request?
Experts please advice.

Hi all!
Today I logged into our account (gckey) and it normally would have said under current status "your action is required" but today it said "application/ profile updated" I got excited and told my girlfriend that and she logged in and it said the same thing it's said before "your action is required"
We had to upload updated police checks and the right to pr fee and did that nov 15. So now it seems as though we got a ghost update or were back to anxiously awaiting. So annoying lol.
Any thoughts?
