I see, I was just a little bothered.Would it be a positive decision from the IRCC if you received a Pre-arrival service letter? I've been reading some thread that says it can't be determined yet unless they asked for your passport. Where's your VO by the way?

Pre-arrival means u passed eligibility. From what I've read on here if your decision was to be negative ircc wouod have sent u ADR or procedural fairness letter or requested an interview for the PA. so essentially a DM with no news is almost a guaranteed approval.

this is true. You can still be refused but not for genuine reasons. After pre arrival can be rejected for BGC.
Yes but most people dont fail BGC. And.if they do then its cause they didn't disclose something they knew about. So why else would they be refused ?
