Pre arrival letter and decision made

Hi,
I have few questions. I applied for PR within Canada
1.i received pre arrival service letter last week but my husband didn't get it. What does it mean.
2.i receive letter today that I am eligible for PR if all my family members did medical, background checks .
We did medical but he didn't get his clearance certificate because of unpaid loans in Dubai.
What does this letter means and what should I do next.
Can anyone help me.

Received a Pre-Arrival letter today for my parents' immigration.

1) Everything is complete in new tracker, COPR number was issued on tracker more than 3 months ago and from last few months I am receiving ghost updates every two days.
2) In PR portal, my address and photo shows under review.
3) GC key no change
In June, they sent me an email that your PR is approved, you just need to pay right of permanent residence fee to get COPR which I paid right away, Its been more than 3 months I didn't get COPR and nothing changed since than.
I have no clue what should I do, this is really frustrating.

Sent a webform and send a photo of fee reciept
I had a same issue with biometric fee
I did send them a receipt right away after paying fee, and I got a notification on tracker too that they received my inquiry and I called ircc after couple weeks and they told me they have received my receipt and I’m in the que for copr. Like it’s been taking months for just copr.
I need advice urgently.
I got decision made on ECAS last Friday. I called IRCC today to find out about next step but they told me they already send inland confirmation email this Monday to my representative, but my representative hasn’t received any email. What should I do?
As far as I know for virtual landing, they send email to PA. Please advice. TIA.

Please I received my passport request on sept 28, 2022.I submitted it at Vfs on sept 29, later that day I was ask to redo my medical after submitting my passport I still have a valid medical which will expire next year I called ircc I was told it has been resolved I don't need a new medical. On Oct 11 I received pre arrival letter, please when should I be expecting my passport back I'm confuse I don't know what to do next

I applied through SK-SINP (inland paper non-express entry)

Anyone else in a similar boat or have any
idea of how long such applications are taking
