Pre arrival letter and decision made

That is an update on my PR journey:
I applied for the AIPP to CPC Sydney, NS , June 25th, 2020.
Got AoR Dec 31st, 2020
Got additional documents request: April 19th, 2021
Biometrics April 19th, 2021
Medical Requested on May 25th, 2021 and passed on July 10th, 2021
Got prearrival services letter August 12th, 2021, but I am in Canada as well.
August 20th, 2021: email from IRCC requesting to confirm email address and some information such as date and port of entry
August 21st, 2021: eCoPR through Sign-in Partners – cic portal – asking to mail letter and 1 photo to IRCC MONTREAL PHOTOS CPR
August 24th, 2021: Will mail docs to IRCC MONTREAL PHOTOS CPR
now waiting for the PR card as I enter the final leg of what has been a very long and challenging journey.

I uploaded photo and address and confirm them I live in canada three days ago. Didn't get ecopr yet.
I got the CoPR by my regular cic portal, and I didn't have to upload the photo and confirm in Canada, but I have to mail the CoPR and a photo to IRCC Montreal for PR card. I applied through the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program, so it might be slightly different from PNP.
I applied through AHSP March 2020,
Last update: received a Pre-Arrival letter on 24 February 2021 and still waiting, I knew that my application is in progress in the Paris office.
Do you have any idea what is next?
Just one more question? When did you get your pre-arrival letter?
I allied outside Canada and living inside now - status : work permit
It's ok now a days it all nomal i got pre arrival in march 2021 so relax we all got good news
I got my prearrival on August 12th and CoPR on August 21st. When I called them to inquired, it means that you have reached a certain point of the application where all the checks are completed, they are essentially on the decision making phase. I sent them two webforms stressing that I was in Canada, after I got the prearrival letter, and also called them. My Visa office was Sydney (by mail), processed by the IRCC Halifax and eventually mailing picture to IRCC Montreal for PR card.
I would encourage you to write to them by webform as a reminder to them that you have an application with them.

I tried the webform before and they just confirmed that my application is currently in process.
