today i received pre-approval letter from immigration.Is this mean that my PR application has been approved?

please advice.I am a convention refugee accepted last April 2022

After 6 months i received the AOR ..then November of 2023 they asked me for biometrics .then yesterday i received PRE-ARRIVAL letter..

I think you'll get your PR soon. It's been more than 24 months for you. I got my pre-arrival Feb but still waiting for my PR. But I applied Feb 2023.
