I am from nov 27 they sent AOR on Dec 18th and on Dec 23 they asked for additional documents. since that date I have not hear from them .
I sens email for web form and called the call centre many times and they said everything fine and I do not have to be worried as it is not scoundrel review, but last week the agent advised me to wait one more week then they can send a note to officer who is working in my application.

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 3, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 20, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on January 20, 2020.
4. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on January 20, 2020. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at an IRCC office.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on January 22, 2020.

I sent my application for pr card renewal on January 16th, 2019 through express post and I haven't received an email confirming that my application has been received yet. I'm just wondering if this is normal?

Yes, was 100 days out of Canada in last 5 years.

My application was received 13th of January.
AOR and Processing started on the 28th of January.
Still waiting for the next step, how long does it take usually?
