Hi, I hope someone can answer this question as I don't see any information about this. I sponsored my Brother under Other Relatives (Formerly Lonely Canadian). He is now a PR and planning to get married sometime next year. My question is: Is he eligible to sponsor a Spouse? Because he just arrived in Canada this year. Does the 5 Year rule apply to him?
