Hi there,
I'd appreciate if Leon or any other expert member would be able to assist me here.
I am a PR in ON Canada, a Medical office student, have been of low income since I came to Canada.
I am pregnant and I'll be having an elective C-Section on September 2014. I have no family members in Canada whatsoever, I have a daughter who will be grade 2 next September. I'd like to have the support of my mother and my brother.
My mother, who is 65 years old doesn't speak any language than Arabic, she doesn't drive, and she has a separation anxiety disorder (after loosing two children), and separating her from my brother who lives with her now, would dramatically worsen her status. Therefore she wont be able to travel without that brother who is 27 years old, has a steady job since 2008/2009, speaks English and will obtain an international driving license. My mother would be taking care of my 6 years old daughter and then myself after I'm being discharged from the hospital, while my brother would be doing the driving to bring my daughter to visit me at the hospital, drop her & pick her up to and from school, and to run grocery & errands till after I recover which is gonna take 6-8 weeks. And the most important thing my daughter is so attached to both of them, as she has been born & raised in our family house back home.
What would the required documents be? What type of visa should they apply? ( Super visa for my mom & regular visit visa for my brother? or both simple visit visa?) single entry or multiple entries ( The cost is the same), they will be coming from Syria to Lebanon to apply there. I'll be buying their round tickets, their medical insurances and I will be taking care of their expenses while they are here, my doctor will provide documents regarding my surgery. From Syria my brother will get a letter from his employer how long he has been employed, when he'll be leaving and when he'll be back, also a letter from my mom's doctor confirming her situation.
Also when they should apply? They need to be here by end August the latest, for up to two months. Can I apply for them online so I can save them the trip from Syria to Lebanon?
I appreciate you get back to me the soonest possible. Thanks a lot!
