Hello what is the passport stamping time frame for PR spousal? Sent on 15th Nov, received on 19th Nov, been more than 21 days

Passport was send for stamping visiting visa
PR got approved while passport was with IRCC delhi for spousal visa, Visiting visa was stamped we have send back passport Nov 6th reached IRCC Delhi Nov 12th there is no updates till now, Can someone help, not sure since visitor visa is stamped on the passport if that's delaying the pr stamping anyone in the same situation
