When you fill the details for webform one of them would be : if your application is processed outside Canada . So you select yes , then they will give option for the place your application is being processed and you can select new delhi

Ya it was confusing for me too. Am not sure about this but since its currently under process in delhi i just gave delhi.

I think it is good to wait. As growing tension between Canada & India, it is worth to wait. This might delay the process. We have same timeline. Let's keep one another posted.
