I submitted my passport on Bangalore vfs 14th October, I did received the processing message from IRCC Delhi on 15th October, I’m planing to book ticket on November 14. Is that okay?

I suggest don't book until you receive your Visa. Verify name and other details and then only book tickets or book completely refundable tickets, assume processing time of atleast 5 weeks as we see now a days

In process NVDO - Oct 15th

Based on the trend, it looks like NVDO takes 3-4 weeks.

I think it is good to wait. As growing tension between Canada & India, it is worth to wait. This might delay the process. We have same timeline. Let's keep one another posted.

No update till now
Does PR takes longer time compared to other visas?
