Ohh I see! Did you try calling IRCC? Because according to the timeline on this thread, if you read previous comments, people whose passports went into process on September 13th got it stamped today (September 26th) so it’s taking on an average, about 9 working days to process. Hope this speeds up but just in case I’ll suggest you if you can call IRCC in Delhi somehow, they’ll give you more up to date information.

I submitted on 7 th September via Chandigarh vfs
And it’s under process since 13 th September
But i didnot get any update

Dear client
Thank you for your e-mail. Please be advised that your enquiry has been received by the Migration Section, Client Service Unit, in India.
This process cannot be expedited given the high volumes of passports we are currently receiving each week.
Once the counterfoil is printed and affixed to the travel document, it will be returned to you through the VAC 2-way courier service
