Yes I collected my passport from Blue Dart two hours ago.
Documents that were in the sealed courier:
1. General instruction letter
2. Passport (with Visa sticker pasted on one page). They had clipped one of the photo which had details at the back on the passport with a pen clip (note: not pasted).
3. COPR (2 pages). One page had the other photo fixed on it.
4. PPR letter that I sent
5. The height and eye color printed page that I sent.
Wonder if it is normal that they send the photos back. Maybe I might have to retake photos once I land for PR card? Anyone in the know, please reply.

Never mind, this thread talks about the photos being returned. It is normal. Some people get both photos while some get only one photo back. But both cases are normal.
