i have faced to interview and he refused my application. what will be next ? and what i should do if i want to continue?

how i get my right of landing fee back?

Your sponsor (and you) will receive information on why the application was refused and instructions on how to pursue an appeal. There is a time limit to file the Notice of Appeal, so do get everything in order and submit them on-time if that is what you are going to do.

Were you given any indication at all by the officer on what grounds they were refusing the application?

YOU NEED TO FEED US SOME MORE INFO
what type of spnsorship, inland or outland...do u need more proof or they completely dropped u.

no u can't get ur money back but u can appeal if outland.

The RPRF/landing fee is refundable when an application is refused. Only processing fees are non-refundable.

he says i know less about my wife background and how we met even i tell them that man keep on asking .. ALSO I HAVE REALIZED one thing he conduct the interview and his purpose specially refuse because the questions he asked are really that way

this case out side canada ...

what i want is landing fee refund ... how to do that?

also in appeal does they contact my sponsor again?

Your sponsor is the one who will receive instructions on how to appeal, yes, and is the one who will be refunded the fees.

So you did not have all the information about your spouse and how you met. How did you meet and how long have you been together, before and after marriage.

Your sponsor is the one who has to file the appeal, and both you and your sponsor will get information on how to appeal and get the landing fee back.

By what they are saying is they have concluded that your marriage is one that was entered into for the immigration purposes.

The questions he asked were to clarify information that was not clear in the application. What kind of proof did you provide with your application about the genuineness of your marriage and your relationship with your sponsor?

This is the kid of information that we kind of need to hear/see to give any advice

Order your CAIPS notes and find out exactly why they have refused you. If they called you for an interview in the first place, they must have already had doubts. Once you know what they felt was missing from your application, you can appeal.

1. Your sponsor will have 30 days to appeal after receiving the refusal letter.
2. You are probably looking at about 12-18 months before the appeal is heard, unless there is an Alternate Dispute Resolution hearing which probably will be quicker.

question number 2 is not clear for me.... they take 12 month to process appeal ? how does they do actually the appeal ?

hi theicon,

did you provide an old pics of you and your sponsor? my husband is native canadian as well but my interview is waived. if you provide them enough proof of your relationship and you satisfy them there's no way they will ask for an interview regarding your relationship..in your interview, that's the only chance you have to prove them your relationship to your wife is genuine. so, if they are not satisfied with your answer its not a surprise that they will refuse you. and you said if you want to continue what will you do? you don't say IF,, do it. its not the end of the world, if you really wanna be with your wife do everything whatever it takes. you got the right to appeal, gather all documents you need..coz your time is ticking right now.

Yes that is what it means...12 to 18 months before your appeal is heard, so 12 - 18 months for the appeals process and if you win that then you have more waiting for your case to be reassessed....what visa office are you dealing with...what is the circumstances around your relationship as it does appear that is the major issue they called you in for an interview about....

Hello, but what happen? what did he say in the interview? if you proved with your pic and chats, something wrong there....... did he ask you about your wife stuff ? and how many questions? officers sometimes are mad but its not your fault :o

Quite a bold statement you made there. I don't know the embassy you dealt with but the ones located in some developing countries will still invite you for an interview no matter how convincing your documents and pictures are resulting in unnecessary delay.
