Hi Seniors,

Recently, I got back my passport after PR visa stamping:

I got the couriered envelope with the following contents :

1) Current Passport + Expired passport
2) Covering letter
3) 1st copy of COPR : with my photograph stuck on it.
4) 2nd copy of COPR without photograph. There was one loose photograph of mine in the envelope .Is that how it should be ?

Regards

That's how it came for me.

The one is kept by IRCC when you enter the other is your proof of PR until your PR card arrives.

You mean the one without the photo is kept by them? and the one with photo is given back....or vice versa?

They keep the one with the photo, to use for production of the PR card and their records.

Ditto for me. Good luck.

Hi there
I just have a quick question. Is there any other step after having the final decision in "myCIC" account switched to approved and physically receiving my CoPR docs or it's just booking a flight ticket?
