Hi all friend
I have a question to all:

PR VISA IS A SINGLE ENTRY VISA we all know that
If you go to border for landing and if do not have enough documents as per CIBS officer
In that case are you able to go to border again for landing
Or as this visa is a single entry visa it means you already used it for first time so you can't land second time .

Sorry for not relevant question .

But it is happen one of my community brother so we all should knows that

What's actually rule

the applicant in that case gets detailed instructions. did they say they cant return? what actually happened? what papers were missing? are they not allowed to return?

I just knew from my friend
So I was wondering what is the rule

Sorry for less information about the case

Landing is final procedure for the PR which is very important thing to do so.
In case do not have enough documents or evidence to provide I think it depend on the officer who make decision, he/she can ether approve or refuse your PR.

Wish everything goes well.

If someone was declined entry - then there is a very serious grounds for it and PR is at risk anyhow.

I would agree with that. If somebody makes it through the whole processing, gets ppr and copr and then still gets rfused at the border, it would have to be something quite serious.

Unless you lie anout something that they were unable to spot throughout the entire process, i think it would be very rare.

You will sign a document that says you are voluntary withdrawing your entrance and you'll be sent back in the next flight without using the visa. This is to avoid a "deny entry" in your record. The visa is just for the airline to let you take the plane. The actual document needed is the CoPR. If somehow you manage to get on the plane without a visa but you have your CoRP you'll be fine!

CBSA people will need a very strong argument that you are violating the entry of Canada or your PR application in order to refuse entry. Simply don't have enough documents unlikely a reason to refuse, but they might hold you longer than usual. and isn't CoPR letter shows what documents you need to show when you show up at the border?

This will happen if you get married and try to "land" as single, for example. They can't complete the process until the status change has been dealt with.
