PR under restoration + Work experience Q. Asivad?

I've been looking for answers in the forum but haven't been able to find a clear reference and it'd be great if anyone can contribute on this.

1) Does the work experience gained after the WP has expired i.e work while on implied status count for experience?
2) Can PR be issued if the applicant is under restoration and has applied for visitor status?

Are you on implied status after WP has expired by virtue of having applied for PR and waiting for a decision on the application? If yes, that experience obviously doesn't count for this PR application but I imagine that experience can be used for another PR application in the future in case this application is refused for some reason. Or if this question is about having worked while on implied status in the past (between the expiry of your study visa and issuance of work permit), you can count that experience.

2) Can PR be issued if the applicant is under restoration and has applied for visitor status?

That's interesting! I actually applied for my WP extension prior to my PR application while I had a valid worker status and coincidentally submitted my PR app the day I got my rejection. (Because there was no LMIA)

It's just isn't unclear on why the experience before getting a WP is taken into consideration and not the experience gained after applying for extension isn't?
