PR travel document processing time

Hi everyone need some information about my Travel Document application,,,5 months ago got my PR but still did not get my pr card according to cic they mail me on June 24 my pr card but we did not receive anything, on my 2nd call to cic they said send the solemn declaration form to case processing Center ?my question is if anyone knows the processing time for PR Travel document from Pakistan because we already in Pakistan since 25th August and I send my application on next day till now no response and my flight will be this coming Thursday,even I attach my ticket with application? Highly appreciate if anybody advice me ,,, Badar :-[

Anybody tell me the processing time PR travel document from Pakistan for new immigrants w/o pr card ?

Send a mail to them for the status. In our place it is around 2 weeks.
